Sourced from roughly 30-year-old Albariño vines in the Saines Valley, this opens with aromas of white peach, mulberry and suggestions of sweetened gooseberry that build in the glass. The palate shows nice weight and freshness, marked by flavors of macadamia nut, lychee, nectarine rind and green apple. Brilliant in its youth, this will cellar well over the next seven years.
