Sourced from old vine Albarino, the ‘Frore de Carne’ was aged on the lees for more than a year and then saw six months of bottle age before being released. Golden in color, the soft texture is outstanding as white raisin, nectarine and shades of kiwi and mulberry flavors all collide with a good viscosity and tension that runs through the core of the wine. The light dusting of salinity completes this fantastic bottling.
