Brightly colored this Txakoli wine begins with pear, sour apple and bright starfruit on the nose with some lighter nutmeg spice playing second fiddle. The palate is highly refreshing and high-toned, giving a wonderful sense of minerality. Kiwi, bright Japanese apple, kumquat and Gravenstein apple flavors all mingle nicely together. This is an outstanding effort.
