The 2013 'Joan Gine' form Buil & Gine is a stunning Priorat that is drinking marvelously right now. The nose is highly perfumed with wild strawberry, thyme, pomegranate seed and lighter cocoa powder tones. The mouthfeel is plush and generous, as the wine glides through the mid-palate. Cran-cherry, strawberry puree, and coffee grounds connect with a good minerality and wonderful sense of place. This gorgeous wine will cellar well over the next ten plus years.
