The 2012 ‘White Hill’ was sourced from the Bent Rock, Zotovich, Kessler-Haak, Rita's Crown, Huber, Radian & Clos Pepe vineyards. Aged 12 months in neutral oak with 18% aged in Stainless Steel. The aromas are elegant with gorgeous notes of green apple, mineral, honey, saline, pineapple, white raisin, lime zest, ginger, and loads of fresh flowers. It is balanced with pure ripe fruit and very complex. The finish goes on and on. Just a beautiful Chardonnay to drink it now or put away for a few years. (Best 2014-2014) - January, 2014 (MD)
