This Rose of Pinot Noir is another dazzling offering from Sandhi. The Pinot Noir comes from high elevation in the Santa Rita Hills and is whole cluster pressed. There are beautiful aromas of melon, spice, strawberry, flint and floral notes all come together in the glass. Overall, this is has a fantastic balance of acidity and pure fruit, as well as a solid structure. Although very enjoyable now, this should also show well for a few more years.
