TYLER Pinot Noir, La Encantada Vineyard 2013

The 2013 La Encantada Pinot Noir is absolutely striking, delivering beautiful aromas of raspberries and wild berries which are woven together with spices, crushed floral, moist earth, mushroom and crushed stone. On the palate this possesses a gorgeous silky texture with wonderful depth of flavor. This remains beautifully balanced and focused through the pretty finish. Another absolutely exceptional wine for winemaker Justin Willett and Tyler Winery in 2013. La Encantada is the lowest yielding Pinot Noir for Tyler every year, 174 Cases made in 2013. (Best 2015-2026) - May, 2015 (JD)
