The 2015 Bien Nacido Vineyard ‘Block UU’ Chardonnay was aged in neutral oak for eight months prior to bottling. This begins with bright aromatics of white peach, red apples, pie crust and nutmeg accents. The plush texture is outstanding, as this Chardonnay continues to impress with its beautiful flavors of Meyer lemon rind, crème brûlée, ripe banana, all leading up to a richly textured finish which lingers on.
