The wine was aged for 7 months in 30% new oak prior to bottling. This wine is sourced from Vineyards in the Arroyo Seco region in Monterrey county. This has bright aromatics of banana, pineapple and vanilla cream. This leads to ripe flavors of vanilla, heavy whipping cream, crème brûlée and a cream driven finish. A nice value at this price point. (Best 2017-2022) - July, 2017 (OB)
