The Ramey Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay is an excellent showing in 2012 . It delivers gorgeous aromas and flavors of ripe bosc pear, citrus, vanilla blossom and flinty minerals which are all woven together in this delicious Chardonnay. Everything comes together beautifully on the richly textured body which is nicely balanced by a lovely touch of acidity that resonates through the finish. David Ramey produces some of the most consistent Chardonnay and the 2012 Hyde Vineyard another excellent effort. (Best 2015-2025) - April, 2015 (JD)
