The 2015 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon from Tamber Bey begins with aromas of crème de cassis and ripe dark cherries woven together with dark chocolate, loamy minerals, smoke, spices and hints of anise. Full-bodied, round and plush with layers of dark fruits and chocolate flavors which envelope the palate and linger on the finish. While this is a lovely wine to approach early on, I can certainly see this holding up nicely for a decade in the cellar.
