The first vintage of the Lola Chardonnay from the Conner Lee Vineyard produces aromas of honeydew melon, candied pear, honeysuckle blossoms, and blanched almonds. It is rich, oily, and round on the palate with medium acidity where green melon and ripe yellow nectarine take center stage. For a Washington Chardonnay, this is one of the better ones in the market.
