The Estate Pinot Noir from Emeritus is aged for 10 moths in 24% new French oak barrels. Lovely blueberry, blue plum, dried rose petals, powdered graphite, and tilled earth notes spill from the glass. Wonderful acidity, rounded tannins, and a smooth mouthfeel perfect the finish. A lovely bottle of Pinot Noir.
