The 2016 Two Creeks Vineyards Pinot Noir from Cakebread Cellars comes from two of their estate vineyards, 66% Annahala and the rest from Apple Barn. It has a beautiful bouquet, with aromas of dark cherry, red berries, sweet spice, loam, toasted oak and acacia flowers. On the palate this is has a dense, ripe core with delicious dark and red berries along with pomegranate, and plum flavors. Drinking well today, and should continue to evolve nicely with some short-term cellaring.
