GOLDENEYE Pinot Noir 'Ten Degrees' 2014

The 2014 'Ten Degrees' Pinot Noir by Goldeneye is made from the choicest lots of Pinot Noir from the Anderson Valley. Goldeneye has selected 96 lots in total with 49 different clones/rootstocks in crafting this wine. Opening with cola, black cherry syrup, sassafras and clove, the heady bouquet here brings you back to the glass for more. The weight and minerality is gorgeous. Red fruits dance with dark fruits and forest floor elements on the palate -- all leading to the long, red fruit and mineral laced finish. This warm vintage wine artfully combines decadence with elegance. (Best 2017-2033) - December, 2017 (OB)
