Brick and Mortar's La Perla Vineyard Pinot Noir is an absolute beauty in 2017. It offers a complex nose with aromas of fresh raspberries, muddled strawberry, clove spices, crushed stones and rose petals. This has fantastic balance and tension across the palate, backed by delicious flavors of wild blackberry, exotic spice, blood orange and red berry flavors that all come together beautifully through the long finish. This is a wonderfully crafted Pinot Noir from winemaker, Matt Laconis that is showing extremely well now and will age gracefully over the next 10-12 years.
