The 'Wandering' is a blend of largely Merlot (58%) with lesser parts Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose takes on beautiful high-toned aromas of wet stone, sagebrush, rose water and black fruits. On the palate this possesses a nice plush mouthfeel, showing mouth-watering acidity. Black tea, anise, blueberry compote and smoky undertoned flavors come to mind as the finish lingers.
