The 2017 Rosé was aged in largely stainless steel and saw a touch of new oak (10%) prior to bottling. The nose is lovely with delicate red fruits coming into play with a touch of citrus blossom. The palate is lithe, showcasing a wonderful texture with flavors of Kumquat, watermelon and red cherry candy which all come to mind. This is a stunning effort from winemaker Aryn Morell.
