The 2015 Pendulum Red Wine is a fantastic value red blend. The wine itself is a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Petit Verdot, 14% Syrah, 10% Merlot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. On the nose it is quite dense with dark fruits and sagebrush tones that connect with coffee grounds. The palate shows good richness and intention with black cherry compote and blackberry pie connecting with dark chocolate shavings. Jammy and flavorful, enjoy this excellent effort in the short-term.
