Smoky notes open on the nose with red fruits and dark fruits coming into play. Juicy, with good mid plate ripeness and acidity, Hoisin sauce, dark cherry and smoked pork shoulder flavors all nicely mingle in the glass. Drink this excellent Syrah in the short-term.
