The 2014 Fielding Hills ‘Estate’ Cabernet Sauvignon shows some classic Cabernet character on the nose. Tobacco leaf, sagebrush, milk chocolate and blackberry cobbler aromatics build in the glass. The palate has a good concentration and also shows nice elegance. Dark chocolate shavings, Turkish coffee and cigar box flavors come to mind. Seductive and delicious, enjoy this effort over the next decade.
