A blend of 55% Merlot with the remainder Cabernet Sauvignon and a touch of Malbec, this begins with aromas of Turkish coffee, dark cherry and roasted figs. The aromatics bring you back to the glass for more. There is a Bordelaise feel to this wine, delivering dark fruit flavors with dark chocolate and coffee grounds. Deep and showing lovely balance, this is a fantastic effort by Stottle.
