Sourced from the Rothrock Vineyard located 855 feet above sea level with a 15% slope, The wine which underwent native yeast fermentation opens with aromatics of bright pear, starfruit and honeysuckle. The acidity is marvelous here with bright starfruit, kiwi and kumquat flavors with a touch of Pazzaz apple. More mineral driven than previous bottlings, the astringency shines through.
