This is 100% Cabernet Franc sourced from the estate, 60 acre, Firestone Vineyard. This begins with aromas of dried sage, crushed mint, cigar ash and a nice combination of red and dark fruits. The mouth-watering acidity really drives the wine, as does the combination of dark and red fruit with sagebrush accents. Balanced and showing nice weight, this is an outstanding new wine from Billo Naravane.
