This wine is an outstanding blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Semillon. The nose shows prominent Sauvignon Blanc notes with green apple, cut grass and cantaloupe with a touch of baking spices. This has a marvelous texture considering how young it is. This has wonderful weight but is lithe and very alive. This is a marvelous effort that has both racy acidity and wonderful weight that will continue to evolve in the bottle.
