The 2018 Seven Hills Rose is another outstanding bottling from the talented Casey McClellan. A blend of primarily Cabernet Franc (82%) this was sourced from the McClellan Estate, Den Hoed, Walla Walla Valley and Gamache Vineyards. Bright and crisp, the Rose reveals rose water, citrus blossom and delicate red fruits that fill the nose. The palate shows good intensity and a lively minerality with red cherry, strawberry and guava flavors with a touch of Mandarin orange rind. Enjoy this brilliant effort in the short-term.
