This blend of 42% Grenache, 32% Mourvedre and 26% Syrah rests 22 months in neutral French oak barrels. Aromas of wild blackberry fruits, purple wildflower, crushed anise seeds and smoked beef brisket are layered upon a palate of black plum, fig jam and peppery herbs. Complex and layered on the finish with beautiful secondary savory characteristics shining through the bountiful acidity and fine tannins.
