Coming in at 61% Grenache, 31% Mourvedre, and 8% Syrah this lovely ‘GSM’ blend stunning on the nose. Floral aromas abound along with red plum, orange oil, dried cedary herbs along with some meaty notes from the Mourvedre and Syrah. It’s wonderfully balanced and has a luscious, lengthy finish. The acidity could be just a touch higher, but with this much Grenache in the bottle, sometimes that is hard to do. Despite that, it’s an incredible wine that deserves a spot in your cellar. Drink this now or over the next 8-10 years. Only 80 cases produced.
