One of the most beautiful rosés that I have seen in the bottle. I don’t know if it’s the incredible shape of the glass or the bright flamingo pink color, it is absolutely gorgeous. Believe it or not, this all comes from Pinot Gris grapes that were left to hang for an extended period of time in order to develop those grayish, pink color. It’s very fruity and rich on the palate - think watermelon, freshly picked strawberry, and orange blossom notes. Delivering wonderful acidity and a scrumptious finish, this is a fantastic rosé for the price.
