Typically a majority of Cabernet with the rest being Merlot and brought up in about ⅓ new French oak barrels. Notes of baked black cherry, black currant, cinnamon pie crust, cedary herbs, and dried rosemary compliment the medium-plus acidity, lovely sweet tannin, and full body. I get a lovely fruit and spice character on the mid-palate that leads to a lengthy finish.
Drink in 2023 and beyond.
