Pal Mal translates to Not Bad in English and is a great name to describe this lovely Rosé. Gorgeous light ruby in the glass, it’s made from 100% Tempranillo, sees 100% full malolactic fermentation and is aged in neutral oak barrels. It’s an interesting and complex Rosé that features notes of light cherry essence, wild strawberry, panna cotta, and toasted anise. It’s lush and round on the palate and is just plain delicious.
