My favorite from the Massalto lineup, this scintillating 100% Cabernet Franc from the Conner Lee Vineyard is aged in 77% new French oak for 22 months. Powerful notes of dark black fruit, black plum, milk chocolate, green pepper, and cedary herbs are all present. It’s incredibly balanced between the mouthwatering acidity, the high grippy tannins, and the beautiful structure. Needs another two years in bottle before enjoying.
