Another gorgeous Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon by Gramercy Cellars, this blend of 95% Cabernet and 5% Merlot is aged for approximately 22 months in 45% new French oak barrels. Classic Columbia Valley notes of black currant, blackberry, dark chocolate shavings, mountain sage, fresh blue plum, tobacco leaf, cedary herbs, and pencil shavings abound. The palate is expansive with no rough edges - perfect acidity, balanced yet structured tannins, and a wonderfully rich black fruit and peppery finish that goes on for ages. Only 265 cases produced.
