The 2021 Rosé is a Syrah-fruit Rosé from Dossier and is aged for 12 months in neutral French oak and stainless steel, giving it a much richer texture and style than most Washington Rosés on the market. Pink salmon colored in the glass, it’s a beautiful wine to look at and expresses notes of red raspberry, strawberry essence, candied peach, dried sage, white grapefruit, honeysuckle, and red licorice. Incredibly complex on the nose and the palate, this wine will have enough structure, acidity, and slight tannin structure to age for another 5-7 years. 382 cases produced.
