This : 81% Merlot and 19% Cabernet Sauvignon blend was aged for 20 months in approximately 34% new French oak barrels. Sporting a medium to deep ruby core with a pink rim in the glass, the nose pops with classic Washington Merlot aromas of red and black cherry, crushed raspberries, mocha powder, and split vanilla bean. It’s well made and has a lengthy finish that supports the crunchy tannins and lemony acidity. Better in 2024. 2204 cases made.
