Medium gold core with a silvery rim, the Eroica Gold Riesling is a dessert wine made from 100% Riesling grapes. Stewed apricots, pink grapefruit, honeycomb, and ginger notes abound. Ample amounts of acidity cuts through the sweetness and made for a delicious wine that I thoroughly enjoyed. It’s very old world in character. Only 118 cases were made.
