A gorgeous light lemon core with a watery rim in the glass, the HLX Riesling by Eroica is almost dry, with just a touch of sweetness on the palate. It’s aged for 22 months on full lees and is made in upright oak casks. Lovely aromas of baked apple, petrol, citrus zest, and cinnamon spice move to a lovely mouthwatering finish. It’s really good. Enjoy this for the next 10-15 years with proper cellaring.
