This Chardonnay was named after the owners granddaughter. The wine was aged 14 months (40% new French oak) on lees and then released in March 2015. This has aromas of butter, hazelnuts, poached pear and creme brûlée. Wonderful texture and weight to it, with the mouthwatering structure you want for another sip. Outstanding effort in this hot vintage. (Best 2016-2023) - January, 2016 (OB)
