This wine is a blend of mostly Grenache, with Mourvedre and a touch of Syrah. The wine opens with aromatics of smoked brisket, thyme, lavender and suggestions of black cherry. There are ripe flavors of black tea, blackberry, black cherry and coffee grounds. With a plush texture and nice elegance, it is hard to find this level of winemaking at this price point.
