WAITSBURG CELLARS Chenin Blanc 'Cheninières' 2014

The 'Cheninières' is sourced from the Upland Vineyard and is deftly crafted by winemaker Jon Zimmermann. This expressive wine has aromas of gooseberry, poached pear, and cantaloupe. There are medium weight flavors of vanilla, ripe Bartlett pear, and Gala apple. The structure is there, although slightly less dense and viscous as the 'Chevray' bottling.
