This alluring blend is composed of 42% Cabernet, 31% Cabernet Franc with the remainder Merlot. Having a translucent core, this opens with aromatics of crème de cassis, rose petals, red cherries and red raspberry jam all taking shape. The mouthfeel is plush, showcasing black tea, loganberry and cassis flavors. This is another excellent wine from winemaker Chris Stone. (Best 2017-2027) - July, 2017 (OB)
