The Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon begins with a bouquet of crème de cassis, sandalwood, anise and black olive tapenade. The plush mouthfeel is gorgeous as the wine unveils flavors reminiscent of black olive tapenade, mocha and anise with dark fruits and blackberry pie, which linger on the finish.
