Sourced from the Seven Hills Vineyard, this the Estate GSM is a compelling blend of 34% Grenache, 33% Syrah and 33% Mourvèdre, which spent 20 months in used oak prior to bottling. This ‘GSM’ begins with aromas of red cherry preserves, allspice and black raspberry liquor with dried sage. The palate reveals delicious flavors of red raspberry jam, baking spices, and wild blackberry cobbler. It continues to show lovely balance and poise all the way through the finish.
