The 2016 Los Alamos Chardonnay from Chanin opens up inviting aromas of lemon and citrus fruits, followed by stony minerals, stone fruits and floral blossoms. It possesses a lovely rich texture with lots of tart citrus and green apple flavors working their way through the wine. Overall, this is an excellent Chardonnay which should continue to show remarkably with some bottle age.
