An interesting wine that is a first for me, this white Cabernet Franc comes from a bit of a warmer site and is tank fermented for freshness. Starting off a bit quiet on the nose, it warms up with aromatics of white wild flower, Meyer lemon, bitter herbs, dried apricot, and a hint of white chocolate. The finish brings a touch of browned butter to the back palate. It will be interesting to see how this will evolves over time.
