Fruit coming from a vineyard owned by Dick Bouchey, this gorgeous Sauvignon Blanc is aged for 18-20 months on the lees in cement eggs. No malolactic fermentation is allowed to take place which keeps it fresh and lively. Notes of fresh apricot, gooseberry, and citrus are all present, it has this wonderful leesy characteristic on the nose. A full-bodied mouthfeel, a luscious round texture, and a lengthy finish complete the wine Only 400 cases produced.
