I absolutely loved the 2021 Cote Bonneville Estate Riesling. Platinum yellow in color, it showed wonderful aromas of carnation, passionfruit, and mango. On the palate, an explosion of crisp sweet pineapple, tangerine, and Macintosh apple were all present. Slight lime and dried apricot appeared mid-palate and mango showed late to the party. Even with extended time in the glass it never lost any of its zest. The flavors never quit. Drink this super refreshing and enjoyable wine anytime over the next five years.
