A very young but quaffable Riesling that has a decent amount of residual sugar at 3 grams per 100ml, this one would pair perfectly with spicy Asian food like a Thai curry. Sugar-coated apples, yellow pear, and a smooch of yellow wildflowers express themselves nicely in the glass. It has enough acidity to balance out the sweetness. 45,000 cases were made.
