Co Dinn has crafted an elegant Cabernet here from this hot vintage. The limited production wine is a blend of Cabernet clones 6, 8 and 191 (85%) and Malbec (15%). This expressive bottling begins with aromas of red bell pepper, anise and spicebox. There are smooth flavors of red cherry, red raspberry and blackberry pie.
