OWEN ROE Red Wine 'Abbot's Table' 2014

The 2014 'Abbot's Table' from Owen Roe is a blend of 46% Zinfandel, 31% Sangiovese, 14% Blaufränkisch, and 9% Malbec. It opens with aromatics of smoked brisket, anise, cassis and black olive. There are lovely flavors of black cherry, blackberry, smoke all leading up to the lingering finish. (Best 2016-2021) - August, 2016 (OB)
